Extremely rude phone attendant. I called on 09/01/26 at 2 pm because this doctor shows up as accepting new patients. After over 20 minutes of being on hold, the phone attendant very rudely said she never heard of that name before and hung up on me. Terrible customer service and another reason why the US health care system is trash, it starts with terrible customer service.

Won’t allow me to accompany my wife during visits for our baby on the way, it’s “policy” terrible place, fully lacking organization & professionalism, genuinely wish I could leave negative stars

These people have left me WITHOUT MY LIFE-SAVING MEDICATION FOR 4 DAYS NOW. AND THIS PERSON, WHO FOR NOW, ILL NOT PIN POINT ANYONE HOWEVER, I have been a patient for 5 years and this is how im treated?! So what happens when the person, who rely on these "providers" which are on- call with her PAID TIME, when her kids are clearly freaking out in the background. Wish I could get paid while spending time with her crying kids, told me she'd call me back. Sent it to the wrong CVS ..couldn't even tell me where she sent it because her kids were screaming in the background, while she's collecting 6 figures AND gets time to be with her family and make that big cash..wish I could do that. Its sad...day 4vwithout my suboxone! Might as well just gimme 30$ cash to go get a bundle because these PEOPLE DO NOT CARE! OMG IM DISGUSTED. THIS "BEHAVIORAL TECHNITION" I GUESS? PROMISED TO FILL MY LOUSY SCRIPT FOR A WEEK..SHE HAS LET ME GO THRU WITHDRAWAL. SHAME ON YOU. BOTH OF YOU.

I would have given it a 5 star rating, but since they have started this renovation it's like falling apart from the inside all the way out.... and all the great employees are leaving 😢... messing up appointments, can't get prescriptions filled, and nobody knows anything‼️ it's ashame because it used to be a great place

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For over 7 years, I’ve received exceptional care at Henry J. Austin Health Center in Trenton, NJ, thanks to Jay Ortiz and Irma. (The 5 stars are for them NOT the Center). They’ve been my lifeline through tough times, providing compassionate, top-tier support with a personal touch that makes all the difference. They make healthcare feel approachable and caring. It’s disappointing to hear they haven’t been recognized for their incredible work. This center is fortunate to have them, and I’m so grateful for their dedication! Recommend for anyone seeking warm, patient-centered care.
